By accessing and using Fideliya, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Fideliya is a digital loyalty card platform that allows businesses to create, manage, and distribute loyalty passes to their customers via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The service includes QR code generation, customer tracking, and analytics.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Creating and Managing Passes
When you create a loyalty pass, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use any business name, logo, or content you provide. You agree not to create passes that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
5. Payment and Subscription
Fideliya offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fideliya is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
