What languages do you support?

Your customers see their pass in their own language automatically — Arabic with full RTL support, French, Spanish, or English. No plugins, no translation services, no configuration. It just works.

Do my customers need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Fideliya passes live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — apps every smartphone already has. Your customer opens their camera, scans the QR code, and the pass saves straight to their wallet. No app store, no download, no signup flow, no friction.

Question 3

Who owns my customer data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Your customer list, scan history and analytics belong to you. Fideliya exports your customer list as CSV on Pro and Enterprise, nine columns per row: name, email, phone, current stamps, total stamps, rewards earned, wallet platform, join date and pass name. Scan history and pass configuration export the same way. The export runs while your account is active, so download your file before you cancel. Fideliya never sells your data and never shares it with third parties. Your customers are your customers.

What happens if a customer hits my plan limit?

Your existing customers keep their passes and keep earning rewards. New customers won’t be able to enroll until you upgrade. You’ll see a warning in your dashboard as you approach the limit — no surprise cutoffs, no deleted data, no locked accounts. Upgrade when it makes sense for your business.

What happens if I cancel?

Nothing dramatic. Your passes stop accepting new customers at the end of your billing period. Existing customers keep their pass in their wallet, they just won’t earn new rewards through Fideliya. Your account moves to the free plan and your data stays in place. CSV export is a Pro and Enterprise feature, so download your customer list before the billing period ends. No cancellation fee, no lock-in.

What do I need to get started?

A phone. That’s the list. No loyalty terminal, no card printer, no POS integration, no new hardware. Your customers scan their wallet pass with any phone camera, you scan theirs with our built-in scanner on your phone or tablet. The printed QR code to enroll new customers can be a sticker on your counter, a card by the till, or a sign on the wall — whatever fits your space.
