- Create the pass: choose visits (each visit adds a stamp) or points, set the reward, and pick one of the 36 designed themes.
- Put the pass’s QR code where customers can see it, at the counter or on the table.
- A customer scans the code and adds the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap.
- Staff scan the customer’s pass from a browser on the phone or tablet they already carry, then choose Add a stamp or add the points, and the pass updates.
