Billing and plans
Prices, currencies, the cap, cancelling.
What does the free plan include, and for how long?
Free covers one business, one location and one active pass, with room for 20 regulars. Apple and Google Wallet passes, the QR scanner and one broadcast a month are all included. There is no time limit and no card. Fideliya keeps the plan free for as long as you stay inside those numbers.
What does Pro cost, monthly and annually?
Pro is 49.99 euros a month. Billed yearly it costs 39.99 euros a month, charged once as 479.88 euros for the year. That is 20% less than paying month to month. The plan is identical either way: the annual price buys the same Pro, not a different one.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Four: EUR, MAD, AED and QAR. Fideliya sets a real price in each one rather than converting at checkout, so the figure on this page is the figure Stripe charges. The page picks your currency from where you are opening it. Every plan and both billing intervals exist in all four.
What happens when I reach the customer cap?
Nothing breaks at the number itself. Fideliya carries you past it silently: six more regulars on Free, three hundred on Pro. Inside that buffer everything enrolls as normal and your dashboard warns you. Past it, new enrollments are refused and everyone already holding a pass keeps earning. Upgrade and the door opens again.
What happens when I cancel?
Fideliya moves the account to Free at the end of the period you have already paid for, not the moment you cancel. Passes already in your customers' wallets stay there and keep working. No cancellation fee, no notice period, no minimum term. Export your customer list as CSV before the period ends, since that is a Pro feature.
Can I remove the Fideliya badge?
Yes, and it is a one-time purchase rather than a plan: 49.99 euros, once, on Pro or Enterprise. No plan includes it, Enterprise included. It covers every business on the account and every surface a customer sees, and it does not lapse. Passes already in a wallet drop the mark on their next refresh.
