What is a wallet loyalty pass?
A wallet loyalty pass is your loyalty program saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the wallet already built into your customers' phones, and Fideliya issues one for your venue that carries stamps or points toward a reward you name. Unlike a paper stamp card, it cannot be lost or left at home, and unlike an app, there is nothing to install. For you, it means a regular who sees their progress every time they open their wallet, and a direct line to the phone of every pass holder. A customer scans your QR code, fills in a short form with a name and an email, and the pass is saved. When staff scan it at the counter, the pass updates on the customer's phone. You can also send a message that reaches your pass holders' lock screens: Fideliya includes one broadcast a month on Free, three on Pro and ten on Enterprise.
The same pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: one scan at the counter stamps both.
