How does a loyalty card without an app work?

Without an app, your loyalty program becomes a pass your customers keep in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and Fideliya issues it for your venue so nobody has to win a download before earning a single visit. What you gain is more of your walk-ins actually joining, and a list of regulars you can see and reward. A customer scans the QR code at your counter, fills in a short form with a name and an email, and taps Add to Wallet. The pass is on their phone right away and starts working at the first scan.
