Fideliya vs BonusQR: Your Customers, Only Yours

Claus Haus's loyalty pass in Google Wallet
Claus Haus's loyalty pass in Apple Wallet
Real passes, made in Fideliya.

Fideliya keeps the customers you win looking at your business alone: the pass carries only your name, in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, from the free plan. BonusQR also adds a loyalty card to both wallets on its free plan, but the BonusQR app shows your customers other nearby businesses unless you buy their White Label plan at €690 up front plus €69 per month.

With Fideliya, the customers you win see only your business: your name, your colours and your reward, in the wallet already on their phone. BonusQR is a capable platform with real wallet support, but its loyalty app is a shared space where your customers also browse other nearby businesses, and leaving that space costs €690 up front plus €69 a month. Fideliya has no shared app, lets you schedule the message that brings a quiet regular back, and runs in five languages including Arabic with full right-to-left support.

BonusQR and Fideliya solve the same problem in two different shapes. Both put a loyalty card into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, both work without a point-of-sale integration, and both have a free plan. The question is not whether the card reaches the phone. It is whose business the customer sees once it gets there.

What BonusQR does well

Their free plan offers seven reward mechanics: stamps, cashback, reward for spend, reward for visit, onboarding coupon, discount and custom offer. Apple and Google Wallet are included at that tier too. For a business that wants to test which mechanic its regulars respond to before paying anything, that is a real starting point.

Basic at €19 a month adds the points system, push and email notifications to customers, a PDF menu, booking-system integration and five staff accounts. Premium at €69 adds referrals, tiered cashback, birthday and special-occasion coupons, and automated Google Maps review prompts. They bill in eight currencies and run their site in nine languages.

The card reaches the wallet either way. What differs is who else your customer finds inside the app.

The ownership difference

BonusQR's platform comparison states it plainly: on the standard plans, customers see other nearby businesses. That is by design. The shared app is how BonusQR helps a new business get discovered.

It is also a trade. The customer you spent money to win opens the app to check their stamps and is shown a list of other places nearby, some of which compete with you. To remove them from that list, BonusQR sells White Label: your own branded clone of their app, at €690 up front plus €69 a month.

Fideliya has no shared app, so there is nothing to buy your way out of. The pass carries your name, your colours and your reward, and it sits in the wallet the customer already uses, next to their boarding passes and bank cards. There is no directory, no other business, and no upgrade that turns the shared version into the private one.

What each plan actually costs

On BonusQR, points are a Basic feature at €19 a month. Push and email notifications to customers start at Basic too. Referrals, tiered cashback and special-occasion coupons are Premium at €69. Third-party CRM or POS integration is not offered on the standard plans at all. It is available on their Custom App tier, which starts at €1,500 plus €69 a month.

On Fideliya, the free plan covers 20 customers with stamps or points and one broadcast a month. Pro at €49.99 raises that to 2,500 customers, three broadcasts a month, gift cards, the referral program, cover images, CSV export and five team seats. Webhooks sit on Enterprise, from €99.99. Fideliya prices in four currencies: EUR, MAD, AED and QAR.

Read side by side: Fideliya includes the referral program on Pro at €49.99, where BonusQR asks €69 for Premium, and includes gift cards, which BonusQR does not sell as such. Their nearest equivalent is pre-sold coupons through the e-shop.

Languages and reach

BonusQR runs in nine languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Hungarian, Polish, Slovak and Czech.

None of those nine is written right to left. Fideliya runs in five languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic. The interface, the wallet pass and the customer emails are all built for right-to-left reading. For a business serving Arabic-speaking customers, that is the whole decision, and no amount of additional European languages substitutes for it.

Who should choose which

Choose Fideliya if the pass should carry your business and nothing else without paying €690 for the privilege, if you need referrals without stepping up to a €69 tier, if you sell gift cards, or if any part of your customer base reads Arabic. Both platforms will put a card in the wallet and count the visits. The difference is what your customer sees when they open it.

Frequently asked questions

  • No. BonusQR supports Apple Wallet and Google Wallet on every plan including the free one, and customers can also use a web version or the BonusQR mobile app. The app is one of several ways in, not the only one.

  • In a shared app, your loyalty card sits alongside other businesses using the same platform, and customers can browse those businesses from inside it. Your own pass sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet carrying only your branding, with nothing else to browse.
