Fideliya puts a stamp or points pass into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, in English, French, Spanish or Arabic, billed in euros, Moroccan dirhams, UAE dirhams or Qatari riyals. A café, salon or shop can create the pass, print the QR code and start scanning the same afternoon, free for its first 20 customers. This page sets that against Loyalzoo, checked at its own pricing page on 2 October 2026.
What every Fideliya plan includes
The free plan is a working loyalty program, not a preview. At EUR 0 a month it carries up to 20 customers, issues real passes to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, runs stamps or points, and includes the browser scanner staff use at the counter. Pro at EUR 49.99 a month, or EUR 39.99 billed yearly, carries 2,500 customers across four locations, opens five staff seats and adds gift cards, referrals and advanced analytics. Enterprise starts at EUR 99.99 a month with unlimited customers and locations.
Loyalzoo publishes no free plan, only a 7-day free trial. Its plans are Grow at $77 a month, Smart at $167 a month with 5,000 messaging credits, and Multi at a custom price, written with a dollar sign and no currency code.
Where Loyalzoo leads
Two rows in the table go to Loyalzoo, and they belong there. Loyalzoo carries unlimited customers on every plan, where Fideliya Pro stops at 2,500, and its Smart plan includes 5,000 messaging credits, where a Fideliya plan includes one, three or ten broadcasts a month. A business that expects more than 2,500 customers at its entry price, or that leans on frequent messages, should weigh both.
Choosing between them
Fideliya fits the business that wants its loyalty pass live today, in its own language, free to start and with no fee on transactions. Loyalzoo lists card-on-file transaction fees of 0 to 1% of transaction value. The table above sets out what each platform publishes on the points a business can check before signing up.
