A loyalty program lives or dies on whether the customer still has the card on the next visit. A pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet sits next to their boarding passes and tickets and updates itself, which is why most of the category now issues one. What differs is which plan includes it, what the customer has to install first, and what it costs. This page answers that for eight platforms, each checked at its own pricing page on 2 October 2026.
Wallet passes, plan by plan
Prices are quoted in the currency each vendor publishes, with no conversion.
| Platform | Wallet passes | Entry price as published | Free plan or trial |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fideliya | Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass on every plan, Free included | Free; Pro 49.99 euros a month | Free plan, 20 customers |
| BonusQR | Google and Apple Wallet integration on every plan, Free included | Free; Basic 19 euros a month | Free plan, unlimited customers |
| FaveCard | Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes from Pro; the free plan uses a browser card | Free; Pro 39 USD a month | Free plan, unlimited customers |
| Loopy Loyalty | Apple Wallet and Google Wallet on every plan | Starter 25 USD a month | No, 15-day trial |
| Loyalzoo | Apple and Google wallet passes on every plan | Grow $77 a month, as the page writes it | No, 7-day trial |
| Stamp Me | A member code saved to the wallet, after the customer downloads the Stamp Me app and creates an account | Lite 29 euros a month in the euro region | No, 30-day trial |
| LoyaltyLion | A paid add-on priced by active passes, price not published | Classic 199 USD a month for 500 orders | 14-day trial on the Shopify App Store |
| PassKit | Both wallets, with your own Apple pass certificate | Platform fee from 39.50 USD a month, plus a fee per pass | 45-day trial |
PassKit is pass-issuing infrastructure for developers rather than a loyalty program for a shop, and LoyaltyLion is built for online stores on Shopify. Both are in the table because both come up when a business searches for wallet loyalty.
What a pass on the free plan means
On Fideliya the card a customer holds on the free plan is the same Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass a paid plan issues: the business's logo and colours, the stamp or points count, and the reward, updated at every scan. The plan changes how many customers it carries and what else it does, not the pass. The free plan carries 20 customers; Pro at 49.99 euros a month carries 2,500 and adds gift cards, referrals and five staff seats.
A loyalty pass, or a code in the wallet
The table hides one difference worth naming. Some platforms put the loyalty card itself in the wallet: the pass shows the progress and the reward and changes when the customer earns. Stamp Me, by its own description, saves a member code to the wallet, after the customer has downloaded its app and created an account. Fideliya issues the full pass, with no app and no account, in one scan of a QR code. Ask any vendor which of the two it means by "wallet support".
What to ask before choosing
- Is the wallet pass on the plan I will actually pay for? On some platforms it starts on a paid tier.
- What does the customer install first? A pass that needs an app download is a different program from one that needs a scan.
- Is the price per pass, per customer, or per order? Three platforms here use three different units.
The full price comparison, platform by platform, is on what loyalty software costs in 2026, and the app-or-pass decision underneath it is on loyalty app or wallet pass.
