Loyalty Program for Multiple Locations

Fideliya runs one loyalty pass across every branch of a business. Each branch gets its own join QR code and printable counter sheet, the locations page shows how many customers joined and visited at each branch, and the pass carries up to ten pinned branches so it can appear near any of them. Free covers one location, Pro four, and Enterprise as many as you run.

Every branch, one program

One pass, every branch

A customer collects the same stamps or points wherever they are scanned, because it is the same pass at every branch.

A QR code and a counter sheet for each branch

An A4 sheet in your colours with the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet badges, downloaded or printed from the Overview, on every plan.

Joins and visits, branch by branch

The locations page shows each branch's joins and visits since it opened, on every plan. Analytics adds date filters and a per-branch breakdown on Pro and Enterprise.

You choose the main branch

Your main branch carries the review link and Find Us on the pass, and the Go to Location button on iOS 27. Any branch that is switched on can be the main one.

Staff at their own branch

On Pro and Enterprise, limit a team member to the branches they work at. Their scanner lists only those, and their visits count only there.

One pass, every branch

Your regulars carry one pass, and it works at every branch you run. A stamp at the old town shop and a stamp at the harbour count toward the same reward, because a customer's progress lives on the pass, not at the counter. You set the reward once.

A QR code and a counter sheet for each branch

Every branch gets its own join link and QR code. From By counter on the Overview, one Download button saves the branch's QR code and an A4 counter sheet at 300 dpi, in your pass's colours with the official Apple Wallet and Google Wallet badges, ready to print. It is included on every plan. A customer who joins through a branch's QR code is recorded as joining at that branch.

Which branch a visit happened at

When your staff scan a pass, the scanner records the branch they are standing in. They choose it once and the scanner remembers it on that phone. A pass with a single branch is credited to it automatically.

Branches side by side

The locations page shows each branch's joins and visits since it opened, on every plan. By counter on the Overview shows each branch with its QR code and its scans for the period, with a map once the branch is pinned. On Pro and Enterprise, Analytics adds a location filter and a per-branch breakdown across any date range.

Staff at their own branch

On the Team page you can limit a team member to the branches they work at. Their scanner lists only those branches, chosen for them when there is one, and a visit can only be recorded at one of them. They still see every customer, because a customer's pass is the same at every branch. Team members come with Pro and Enterprise.

Opening, moving and closing a branch

Add a branch on the pass's locations page, and pin its address so the pass can appear near it. If a branch moves, re-pin it. If a branch closes, switch it off: it leaves the pass at each customer's next update, leaves the scanner and new QR downloads, and keeps its history. Its printed QR code keeps working and signs new customers up at your main branch, so a poster nobody took down loses no one. A switched-off branch does not count toward your plan, and you can switch it back on at any time. A branch where nothing has happened yet can be deleted.

On the customer's phone

The pass carries up to ten pinned branches, so it can appear near any of them on the lock screen. Your main branch comes first: it carries the review link and Find Us on the back of the pass, and the Go to Location button on iOS 27. With more than ten pinned branches, the pass carries the main branch and the nine you added first. How the pass appears near a shop: the pass on the lock screen.

Frequently asked questions

How many locations can I add?

One on Free, four on Pro, and as many as you need on Enterprise. The location every pass starts with is the first of them, and a switched-off branch does not count.

Do customers earn the same rewards at every branch?

Yes. It is one pass, so a stamp or points earned at any branch count toward the same reward.

Does each branch get its own QR code?

Yes, with its own join link and a printable A4 counter sheet, on every plan. A customer who joins through it is recorded at that branch.

Can I see which branch does best?

Yes. The locations page shows each branch's joins and visits since it opened, on every plan, and By counter on the Overview shows scans per branch for the period. Analytics adds a location filter and a per-branch breakdown on Pro and Enterprise.

Can I limit a staff member to one branch?

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. On the Team page, choose the branches a team member works at: their scanner lists only those, and a visit can only be recorded there. They still see every customer.

Can I close a branch without losing its history?

Yes. Switch it off on the pass's locations page. It leaves the pass, the scanner and new QR downloads, keeps its history, and stops counting toward your plan. Its printed QR code keeps signing customers up at your main branch.

Can I change which branch is the main one?

Yes. On the pass's locations page, make any branch that is switched on the main one. The review link, Find Us and the Go to Location button on iOS 27 move with it at each customer's next update.

Can the pass appear near every branch?

Near up to ten of them, once each is pinned: your main branch and the nine you added first.
